Oatmeal and raisin cookies

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
- Separately, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and raisins.
- Combine, stir and add the oats and water.
- Once mixed, drop spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet.
- Cook for 10-15m.
Notes and observations
- Very easy recipe.
- Cheap (small) oats work better for oatmeal than the nice 'jumbo' oats.
- The ingredients can all be mixed together if that's easier.
- White sugar can be used instead of brown.
- Works with much less sugar than is called for (e.g. 30% as much).
